Mr. Thomas, Sr.  is a professional Surveyor with over 20 (Twenty) years of experience in Land Administration as a license surveyor  in both the private and public sectors. He Determine and install boundary coordinates (X, Y, Z) for each intervention also the axis line with stations for each intervention according to drawings.

He holds a BSc degree in Public Administration from the University of Liberia, a certificate in Fundamental of Land Surveying & Geographic Information system form the African Methodist Episcopal University in Liberia, and a certificate in drafting from Booker T. Washington Institute Kakata Margibi County, Liberia.
